Push-Up's

  1. Side of Hands
  2. Knuckles
  3. Back of Hands
  4. Finger Tips
  5. On One Hand Left
  6. On One Hand Right
  7. Diamonds
  8. Regular Push ups
Start with sets of Eight. Always do the numbers 1. Through 6. with your arms at your side, Building up power in your straight punch. The Eighth can be done regular.
